Our Warranties are as follows:
The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.
If there is a defect, Covers Direct will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product FREE of CHARGE provided the customer prepays freight to and from our factory.
Covers Direct will reimburse freight on merchandise returned within 30 days that was shipped to you in error or defective upon arrival.
Sunbrella and PolyGuard Covers
The warranty period for Acrylic SunbrellaŽ and PolyGuard Boat Covers is: 5 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. SunbrellaŽ and PolyGuard Boat Covers are trailerable with proper installation and maintenance.
Double Duck
The warranty periods for Double Duck are: 3 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. Double Duck boat covers are trailerable with proper installation and maintenance.
Boat Duck and Poly-Flex
The warranty periods for Boat Duck or Poly-Flex Boat Covers are: 1 Full year dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. *For storage or mooring applications only.
Sunbrella Tops
The warranty period for Bimini Tops made with Acrylic SunbrellaŽ fabric is: 5 full years on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
Double Duck and White Vinyl Tops
The warranty period for Bimini Tops made with Double Duck or White Vinyl is: 3 full years on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

The warranty period for Closeout Bimini Tops made with Double Duck or White Vinyl is: 3 full years on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Returns and Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority at Covers Direct. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1-866-626-8377 to inform us of your problem. We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange your non-custom or non-special order product for another, provided that your product is still in first quality condition. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned product. If you need your replacement immediately, you may consider placing a new order. A Return Goods Authorization Number will be issued so that you may return your product.
All special orders and Sunbrella custom boat covers are non-refundable (except for warranty issues). If for some reason there is a problem with the quality of your special order or Sunbrella boat cover, every effort will be made to modify your product to suit your needs.
Covers Direct cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.
All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
