They are YUMMY and the kids loved them!<\/p>\n<p>We made them right along with our nightly s\u2019mores!<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how to make a banana boat:<\/p>\n<p>For each \u201cbanana boat\u201d you&#8217;ll need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">1 banana (unpeeled)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Mini marshmallows<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Chocolate (use chocolate chips or small pieces of chocolate candy bar)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Heavy duty aluminum foil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To construct your banana boat you&#8217;ll need to do the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Peel a single strip of the banana down so only a small strip of fruit is showing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Cut out the exposed slice of banana (about \u00bd\u201d wide).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Put chocolate and marshmallows into the space where you removed the banana strip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Replace the peel over the exposed section of the banana.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Wrap in aluminum foil and place in coals of your campfire or over a grill.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Cook 8-10 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Remove from campfire. BE CAREFUL!!! Packet will be HOT!<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Once it&#8217;s cooled, chow down!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>**These are also great with a little dab of peanut butter, reeses pnut butter chips or chopped peanut butter cups.
