They're all the same, right? Well, not exactly. Many manufacturers have specific recommendations for installing their products.
When installing a Carver boat cover, you will start by placing the tag in the bow and rolling the cover down the length of the boat. Once the cover is completely installed, you would then add any necessary supports, straps, mooring bags, etc.
When working with a Westland cover, it would still be installed from front to back, but their tag is located at the transom of the boat. Once the cover is placed on the boat, you would complete installation by inserting support poles if needed and tie down straps for securing the cover.
