- SWPF is swim platform
- BR is bowrail
- PPF is poling platform
- SC is side or single console
- DC is dual console
- WT is walk through windshield
- TM is trolling motor
- DEHT – over the top covers
- Platform – unmovable, molded into boat (rub rail is usually integrated)
- Extended platform – platform that has obviously been added/bolted on
- Bow rail – both bow and side rails
- Side rail – only accommodates side rails
- Ski tow – arch on back of boat that tows skiers
- Shallow draft – means side of the boat hits you at or below your knee when standing in boat
