Boat Covers Direct® proudly offers Shoretex canvases in 3 different materials: Shelter-Rite® Vinyl is the most popular choice because it's an extremely durable 18 oz. vinyl and excellent for windy areas. Hydrofend is an 8oz. solution-dyed polyester fabric with a coated underside and a matte woven exterior that is mold, mildew and cold weather resistant. Lastly, Recwater® is a solution dyed acrylic that is PWC coated, weighing in at 19 oz. per yard and best suited for any environment.
Measure the outside edges of the entire frame from front to back to choose the correct length, and between the inside edges of the frame for an accurate width.
Each canvas will come with all necessary bungee hook attachments that stretch up to a welded tie bar for a secure fit. Instructions are also included in the package for a quick and painless installation.
Note:
Summit frames typically have flat ends with a pointed peak in the middle and vertical supports on the ends. If you're unsure of the exact frame you have and require further assistance, reach out to us for trained support.
