1. My boat has a T-top (or Hard Top). Can I use the cover listed online?

The covers listed online are designed to cover the specific boat listed without the addition of a t-top or a hard top. Does this mean that we can't cover your boat? Absolutely not! We also carry covers for boats with hard tops and t-tops. Please call us at 1-866-626-8377 for pricing and options. We sell an outstanding cover for our customers with hard tops or t-tops. This cover is made from lightweight but durable 8 oz. Poly-Guard material. This material comes in 12 different colors; Caribbean Blue, Forest Green, Beige, Haze Gray, Burgundy, White, Storm Gray, Yellow, Red, Teal, Navy, and Black.

2. What is the cost for shipping?

Shipping with BoatCoversDirect is via UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Boat Covers ship to your door for $15.95 and Bimini Tops ship for $18.95. When ordered with a boat cover, accessories ship free! That's all the more reason to go ahead and get the accessories that you need at the time of your initial order. Many of our covers and tops are in stock and ship the same day that they are ordered. Others only require a short manufacture time, generally 3-5 business days, before they are ready for shipping. We appreciate your business, and we know that you want a top quality product as quickly as possible.

3. What is your return policy?

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority at Covers Direct. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1-866-6COVERS (1-866-626-8377) to inform us of your problem. A Return Goods Authorization Number will be issued so that you may return your product.

All special orders and Sunbrella custom boat covers are non-refundable. If for some reason there is a problem with your special order or Sunbrella boat cover, every effort will be made to modify your product to suit your needs.

Covers Direct cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.

All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
