Hello Brandi,

I bet you don't receive too many follow-ups on happy customers...but here's one from me...

I don't know if you remember, but I inquired about finding a boat cover for my 1971 14' Steury boat back in June of this year.. You passed that info (photos) onto your supplier who recommended a certain model No. cover so I ordered one.

Just wanted to let YOU know, I am very happy and pleased with the quality and fit of the cover. Couldn't ask for a better fit..and so far, birds don't like the color blue in these parts (we joked about that over the phone in one of our conversations).

Just thought I'd send this to ya...(been wanting to thank you earlier but just didn't have the time)..

Thanks again for all your help...I have a second boat that I will be ordering through your company for next year (once I get it in running condition).

Dear Boat Covers Direct Folks,

Recently I purchased one of your covers over the internet. After using it for several months I noticed that it did not fit over my rub rails as it initially did. I contacted one of our service reps, and after explaining my dilemma, was immediately offered a free mailing label to ship the cover back.

Although the cover was not deemed defective, I was offered several options to resolve the issue. Your courteous reps, prompt service and careful consideration has won a lifelong customer! Now, I may only buy one or two more covers in my lifetime, but you can bet I'll buy them from you. Also, I have two friends that are considering a boat purchase in the spring and they are well aware of the service I received from Boat Covers Direct!

Dubuque is a boating mecca. The Mississippi here is almost 2 miles wide in some spots, with fishing backwaters, beaches and a wide open channel. You might not know this, but Dubuque has the largest Baja dealership in the entire US of A. All of the folks I talk to on the river are gonna hear about you!

I asked Sonya to give me your email address so that I could compliment her helpfulness on the phone. Briefly, I called one of your competitors to inquire about a boat cover. They had no idea or even a clue about their products and didn't seem to care. I got frustrated and called your company. Sonya was excellent and had an answer to each of my questions. I bought a cover from Boat Covers Direct, and I just went through hurricane Charlie. I lost shingles from my roof, a tree fell, crushing many of my things, but my boat cover withstood 100+ per hour winds! There wasn't a place on my cover.

Hi...Just a not to let BoatCoversDirect know how happy my wife and I are with our new boat cover and accessories. It was for a Mirro Craft model #1568 tiller. Every step from looking at your super-great website to our delivery was the best. The cover fit perfect. The tie down straps were very easy to install, as was the reinforcement kit and support poles.

I received my new boat cover a few weeks ago and have just now put it on. I want to thank you for a great product. The boat cover is nicer than I expected. It is not a custom cover so I was leary of the fit. The fit is perfect and the reinforcement is in all the right places. I will be ordering a bimini top very soon.
