I made my decision after reading the reviews that your cover is what I want and need, the best. I have ordered from you in the past, car cover for a Bentley, I should have remembered when I went for the boat cover, I could have saved time. But then I wouldn't have been inspired to send this long but hopefully uplifting rendition of "comments". Here it goes! Also, It's nice to hear that your company works as a team, its what this country needs. I am proud to be ordering a product from a company with such great reviews not only ON the product but on the EMPLOYEES also! In todays day and age there is nothing more uplifting than to see a company in OUR country building a relationship with their employees as well as their employees are building a reputation for their company! It all goes hand in hand. I know what it takes to continue building, striving for perfection, all the while keeping an environment that makes employee's WANT to come to work, I'm in one of those myself. One of the best things you can do is share these words with the team, and by "team" that means evryone from the top to the bottom. By the feeling I get, this probably didn't need to be said. Share this at the weekly safety meeting, it might be something different, but it will be positive in the outcome. Thanks for letting me ramble, I need to get down off my horse now. stu-

I recently ordered a new boat cover from Covers Direct. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Brandi and the rest of the staff at Covers Direct went out of their way to help me get the old one returned and the new one shipped in a very timely basis. The service went beyond my expectations and can only be called extraordinary!
Oh and did I mention the quality of the cover is outstanding.

Just finished installing your 3 bow bimini top on my 17' Trophy center console; I purchased the boat used and it had existing bimini top hardware installed already. It didn't take more than 10 minutes for complete installation - everything on your top fit perfectly on the existing hardware and the top looks great. Count me as an extremely satisfied customer who will recommend you to anyone looking for a quality top for their boat.

Sirs:
I just wanted to write a simple thank you note for the custom cover I recently purchased. I has exceeded my expectations of how a boat cover should fit, should look, should be finished and all at a very good price (less than list). My previous cover was a universal fit, poly/cotton cover that came with my boat and was an absolute waste. It did not fit nor stay in position without constant adjustments and leaves and other winter debris were constantly getting in. I may as well have left the boat uncovered for the protection it afforded. Also, it proved no match for the semi-tropical climate conditions here in Beaufort. It had molded through in less than 18 months.
The sales person (Marina I think) was a pleasure to work with answering all my questions very patiently.
Thank you again for the excellent value on a product that should last me for years to come.
