We were very happy with our experience. The color we ordered was not available after ordering and we were contacted and asked if we wanted to upgrade to one which was in stock . Boat cover was a great fit for my boat, well constructed and of a good heavy waterproof fabric. (Sundura). I got a quote from a local canvas shop on a custom boat cover for my boat that has a wake tower. I ordered this cover and took it to a local upholstory shop and had it modified to go over my wake tower supports. The boatcoverdirect cover was a little over half the custom quote and made of a better fabric.

My name is Shirley Hebert and I ordered a boat cover from you in the spring for my 1995 Mastercraft Pro Star. You asked me to fill out a survey about how I liked it, but I explained that I was taking it to Canada where my boat is stored for the winter.
Well, just to let you know, I am very pleaed with the cover. It fits beautifully, is very easy to put on, is well made and completely waterproof. It does sweat a bit on the inside when sitting in the hot sun, but the vents keep it from wetting the inside of the boat.

Last week after two and a half years of searching I finally completed a mission that has been on my plate driving me crazy. I bought a bimini! I have been to boat stores all over Milwaukee, I have been on line more times than I can count from Craigslist to Ebay to Boat Trader. I have called people as far away as New Hampshire and Los Angeles. I never made a purchase for a few reasons, 1. The people were not knowledgeable 2. They couldn’t help me understand how to measure for a good fit 3. They wanted to charge very high prices or cut me short because the sale wasn’t large enough. There were other reasons that I will not enumerate here, but I’m sure you get the idea.
On Wednesday last I called your company and was more than fortunate to have Andi answer my call. Andi was all that your competition is not, she is knowledgeable about the product, she is patient, she is kind, she is a great teacher and has terrific follow up and follow through skills. Andi took me through a step by step process that helped me confidently measure for the bimini, she made suggestions based on her experience to insure that I will receive the best possible product and maintained consistent communication with me. She even explained the return policy which helped me feel comfortable spending my money. I paid a little more to get the bimini earlier per her suggestion and sure enough when I emailed her today she said that its coming this week, wow finally somebody that fulfills their promises. I can’t wait to get it and install it.
Now, I have purchased items that cost much much more and have made decisions that impact thousands in the company but this to me was difficult to make. Andi made it easy!

Really impressed with this boat cover. It fits perfectly. The fabric is lighter weight than the original cover but more water repellent. (SUN DURA in BLACK). First fit on the boat was really tight, but after a day or so it fits much better now. Have trailered the boat twice now with this cover and it is great. Our order was received in a week. I found the cover online and then my husband called and talked to the lady, who answered all of his questions and took our order. We pulled the boat out of the water and tried the cover on. It fit great! We did not take the time to tie it down to the trailer but I will be forwarding a picture in a few weeks. To replace the cover through Ranger was going to be almost $1000. We had checked into having one made and the price was about the same. Boatcoversdirect.com made purchasing the correct cover easy. I entered the model of my boat and it showed me a picture of the boat and cover. The cover was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Now the boat stays clean and the birds will have to find another place to roost.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience from start to finish. I had a concern with my order after I received my e-mail confirmation that my order had been shipped. I E-mailed customer service and received a reply from Jada. She said she would follow-up on my order and forward me a tracking number. The next morning I received the tracking number as promised. That afternoon I received my boat cover. My entire transaction was laced with a rarity in today's environment " True Customer Service". We finally took delivery of our Bimini top today when we were both home. I met the truck in the Target parking lot to save him backing that long tractor trailer down our street. Everything looks like it is there, with some spare parts... always a plus. Please forward this to your group that you represent the professionalism that really separates your business from all the rest. You responded to my questions as soon as you received them and you understand your product. We just don’t find that in businesses anymore. Too bad you don’t sell all boat products.
