Good Morning,
After researching all manufacturers and looking at quality, price, material and options I selected your custom cover using Sunbrella. I also purchased the boat cover support system to help shed the water and provide a tighter fit. The new cover arrived when promised and I have been extremely happy with the fit, quality and ease of use. Last week we had a severe storm move through the area at night and a large branch broke off about 15 feet above the boat and landed across the gunnels collapsing the support poles and cover. At first glance I thought that the cover would have been severely damaged along with major fiberglass damage to the boat. Upon removal of the tree I was able to further assess the damage. The cover sustained NO damage to any of the seams or attachment points in any way . Not even to the center support pole and support system. The only damage was to the small area on the port side where the material got pinched between framthe tree trunk and the windshield frame. The Grady also survived with only the windshield e being bent but no glass or fiberglass damage. This is a true testimonial to the quality of workmanship and materials you put into your products. Keep up the good work and I will recommend your product to others.

Boat cover arrived last Friday. We haven't tried it on for size yet. I am sure it will fit. It looks like a nice one.

Thank you. I really appreciate it. I was truly at the maximum amount I was willing to spend securing a boat that is only worth $4,000, but my wife was having a fit because our grandkids might want it in the future. Now I can store it on-property and not have to pay winter storage fees.

Thank you very much. Not only was your telephone service lady courteous and knowledgeable, the cover itself fits perfectly my "old" 13 ft 4in. Boston whaler. I didn't know that the cover also included an attached engine cover ... but it also fits to near perfection.
Feel free to use my name as "DBA from Pittsburgh" -- with the above comment -- in any of your information. My satisfaction is remuneration enough for me!
I did not know that the cover included reinforced pockets to fit support poles.
I will order a couple of your support poles, fabric guard (if appropriate for my cover).

I spent from 8AM CST to noon CST trying to spend money and purchase two covers. As you know, one for the Sea Doo PWC and another for the Sea Doo Jet Boat. I checked out the web sites of 5 different businesses who indicate they have and sell the covers I just wanted to spend money, the only problem they didn't answer the phone, didn't return telephone messages!
Except, Miss Professional "Jessica" at Covers Direct! Since my order, 2 of the other businesses have called, and I accepted the call informing them that Jessica from Covers Direct answered the phone, explained what was
available and took my order! Thanks again Jessica....."you're the best!"

For more then 10 years now your boat cover has stood the test of full sun, heavy rain, high winds, and even hail. Under the top is a like new 1995 Bayliner.
