I was in dire need of a boat cover that would be a perfect fit for my older ski boat. The color choice I made was not in Stock but it was immediately made to order and in my hands very quickly. The fit is great, the waterproofing is great, the service was great, the free tie downs are great. If you care about your boat, spend your money on the right cover the first time!

After replacing my really old bowrider with a slightly newer version this summer, I needed to prioritize caring for it a bit better. The cover that came with the new(er) boat was junk and everytime it rained the boat was soaked for days inside, which was extremely annoying. After a bunch of researchthe Carver semi-custom cover and support system seemed to offer the best value for money and I was not wrong! These items have been phenomenal and held off even the strongest of rains easily. I am very pleased with the fit and construction of both items. Highly recommend!

Excellent product so far - I bought a modified used boat with a center console moved forward on the deck. After a quick chat online, support helped identify the best fit for my hull and it was spot-on, including a cover for the outboard. Material is sturdy and water repellent, but I'll probably fashion something to slip over the trolling motor so the blades don't cut through the cover.

This is by far the best cover I have owned; furthermore, it is the least I have spent on a cover. The quality of the material and the numerous tie down spots are great. The cover fits my Jon boat perfectly!

Awesome customer service. I noticed, two weeks after I ordered the cover and one week after I received it, that it went on sale. I emailed boatcoversdirect and without hesitation they credited my card the sale difference.
Above and beyond what I expected or usually receive from most vendors.

Bought a cover from them that did not fit my boat. I was not happy due to how close to the winter we were to replace a winter cover...
We discussed options with other manufacturers and I settled on a different one. Megan was instrumental in walking me through the process of finding a replacement and returning the old one. Her communication was TOP NOTCH; always quick and professional. I can't speak to other's experiences, but this company delivers the kind of service that will keep me coming back. Through several ordering errors on my part it took me 2 1/2 months to receive the boat cover I needed for my boat. However, with the very professional assistance from the boat covers direct customer support team I received the correct (proper fitting) cover in just over one week from placing the correct order. "Customer Service" was Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered my top. It came in early, great. But, I ordered the wrong color. Ugg. I called customer service and she was great. Understood, sent me the return shipping instructions and took my new order. All without being transferred from department to department. I received my new top quickly and also earlier than promised. Great product and the color is perfect. I was not sure I would like the attached motor cover but I have to admit I do like it. Having the motor cover attached keeps trash and rain water(aka mosquito pond) out of the transom while on the trailer. The only suggestion I could offer at this point would be to allow a customer to add in sewn in reinforcement area such as trolling motor, windshield area etc. Lastly, I have to say the customer service is great. Everyone I spoke to or emailed was professional, friendly and responsive to questions prior to my purchase. Cheers Brent

I have had a custom cover on my boat for the last 10 or so years, Sadly, it shredded while returning home from our annual Laughlin trip. I did a search and saw great reviews for boatcoversdirect.com and took a shot. I used the Live Chat function often and talked with Jackie. I sent in some pictures to make sure that the fit was right. I received my cover and the material was of high quality. It fit my boat fairly well. My only complaint was that it did not come down very low on the sides (the sun fades the fiberglass quicker when it is exposed to direct sunlight). I had asked about the trailerability of the cover and was assured that everything would be fine. I have driven it 30 miles thus far with no problems. The real test will be on it's maiden journey to Laughlin in August. Wish me luck!

The representative I spoke to was very helpful and I received the boat Bimini and boot within two weeks of the order, just what was promised. They were both well made and of high quality fabric and the cost was very reasonable compared to some quotes that I received from local companies for the same product. I am very pleased with this purchase and with the service provided.
