I recently ordered a boat cover and have received it. I put it on and it appears to be working great. I'm writing to let you know that I appreciate the military discount I received with my order. When I made the online order I left a comment asking about a military discount but never spoke with anyone directly. I was happy to see a refund to my CC for the discount. I'm very happy with the product and the service as you did not have to discount anything. I will be sure to let anyone I run into who is looking for a boat cover know that I highly recommend your company.

Hi Natalie,
I did receive the boat cover, on Tuesday this week, and just in time. It rained Monday and Tuesday and the old cheap mylar cover was just holding on. Yesterday, I got the new cover installed, and it is so nice. Very solid, and of course, weather proof.

I wanted to store my Hobie AI outside with my wife's kayak on top. The AI cover is complicated by having attached outriggers not to mention the other kayak on top. Although the outriggers fold back along the sides it is still an awkward shape to fit.
I called and spoke with a very helpful lady who guided me to a larger run about cover.
I want to say that the new cover fits very very well and I really appreciate the kind and thoughtful help I received.

When I called to ask a question about the cover I was going to order, the rep. I talked to was very helpful and went and asked someone else about how the cover would fit and they recommended I also get the reinforcement/repair kit. This worked out great. I applied this to all of the stress points and i am so glad they recommended this. As for the cover it fits like a glove. Thank You!!!!

Completely satisfied with the order procedure. I had made an error in the size of bimini top and realized it right after I clicked submit button. I called customer service , the representative corrected my mistake, told me what to expect as far as the paperwork was concerned and still got my bimini top two days later. Shipment received.
My new cover arrived today and I put it on the boat. It replaces a Carver Cover I had for about 10 years.
I was surprised at the weight, it was about half the old one. The material appears to be really thick and durable.
It fit right on nice and snug. In short, I am very pleased with this cover and assume it will serve me and my boat well.

I can't think of anywhere that you would need to make improvements. I placed my order and within 5 days I received my order. In terms of the cover itself, I had no issues with putting it on the boat by myself. (Didn't need assistance) It covers the boat well and is water resistant. I am very satisfied with the product.
