We were absolutely satisfied with BoatCoversdirect.com. The site was well laid out, easy to navigate, and we found what we were looking for at a good price, plus it was shipped fairly promptly. It remains to be seen how well the generic, kind of fabric-y boat cover stands up to a Michigan winter, but it fit the odd size and shape of our boat, and I'm really pleased that it came with so many tie-downs. Nice job.

Delivery was timely and the product is exactly what I expected to receive. The cover was very easy to install and I love the material and texture. Great product. You should consider making cockpit covers as well.....

Shipment arrived timely. Was missing the rope ratchets, but got quick response & super fast shipment. Had them in a day or two. Very happy with quality & fit on our custome cover.

Good afternoon,
We live in Lewisville, Tx and recently had an ice storm. Our area received 3-4" of sleet. You can image the weight of the ice and possible damage. My concern was if the boat cover would hold up to the extreme conditions. I was prepared to order a new cover. Your product weathered the storm. I was able to remove ice 48 hours after the storm. No rips, high and dry! Boat was dry. No damage from water getting in and freezing. Thank you for a great product!

We paid for a 2-day delivery and we did get the package in two days. However, the shipment arrived after dinner so we couldn't install the product on that day which we needed to do. Otherwise, the product is great and ordering was very easy. Thank you.

I needed a cover to fit my Edgewater and could not find the correct one on-line after ordering and returning one from another company I went to boatcoversdirect. Using their chat function the agent sent a picture of my exact model boat to ensure we ordered the correct cover. It fits perfectly. I am very pleased I found this company and will be ordering other covers from them in the future

The cover fit my 35 Donzi ZR perfect. I do not need the tie downs that came with it because this is just for indoor storage to keep the boat covered during the winter but the fit was great and very easy to put on. I had the cover on and adjusted in 10 min. or less. Very pleased with purchase and much cheeper than if I would have had custom cover made. Thanks

The quality of the fabric of the boat cover exceeded my expectations. So much heavier and sturdier than the what I was able to find in sports stores in town. I have not had the opportunity to put it on my boat, so I can not yet comment on the fit, but I am confident it will be fine. Great product, great price, and quick shipping. About as good as it gets!! 5 Stars!!

We got our new boat cover last week and took it up to the lake and put it on the boat over the weekend. How refreshing it was to have a product that actually exceeded our expectations!!
I have bought many boat covers over the years and short of spending $800 for a custom cover what we got from you blew me away. The quality, fit and overall value for the money was exceptional.

The ordering process was quick and easy. When I had a question about shipping, customer service got back to me immediately with tracking information. I ordered a cover for a Polar 19' CC and it fits perfect, like a glove. The installation was very easy especially with the free quick release tie down kit . I would recommend this product to others.

I recently purchased my first used pontoon boat and it had a few issues that needed to be fixed. I have been working with Andi and she is excellent! The items that I have ordered and received from BoatCovers Direct are the best quality that I have seen and the shipping is very fast. I am saving up now to purchase the double bimini top and the rocket launcher attachment for my fishing poles. I am looking forward to working with Andi again in the very near future.

Hi, David W. in Austin, TX here, and I just wanted Andi to know that I received the boat top on Monday the 12th, and my son and I went up to the marina today, Sunday the 18th, to put it on the boat and it fit perfectly. Andi and I worked it out over the phone with the specs I had and she offered a good suggestion about the ladder on the stern and added a little extra for that. A very good call on her part. Thank you for a very easy ordering and good customer service with discounts and all.
I told the service manager at Riviera Marina, Mr. Van Jolly, about the good service I received from your company, and best of all, an absolutely perfect fit for my Mustang 2 Browning I/O 1975. I bought that boat brand new and everyone just marvels at its condition. The new canvas mooring top adds to the look while stored.

November of 2012 I decided I needed a new boat cover for my trusty Robalo vessel. I have had the previous cover for some time and it was time for a new cover. I found your website after some intense searching. When it comes to covering your 'baby' you have to seek out the best! I came across your website and read the testimonials and checked on the cover material, fitment, etc. With much of the positive I did find, I ordered my Robalo cover from you. Shipment was fast and reliable! Which is always step one in gaining a patrons trust in my book! My cover arrived and I opened and checked the contents then back in the box it went. With no rain as of yet, I figured I would let the previous cover sit for a bit. Being in Southern California, the rains just came in force! Here we are in January and a quick wash, my new boat cover was on! First, the fitment is absolutely excellent! Right down to the attached outboard cover! I ordered the 8oz Performance Poly Guard in Haze Gray. Material is excellent and I am the happiest customer! When it comes down to protecting your investment, my advice is if you are searching for the best boat cover around, your search stops with Carver.
