Greetings: I just wanted to tell you that we are thoroughly satisfied with the mooring cover that we recently ordered from your web site. I was somewhat reluctant to order a "custom cover" over the internet. The cover we ordered not only fit perfectly, but the quality of the materials and construction is better than the last cover we had which was created from on site measurements. I will promote covers direct to my boating community, although they have all heard my story thus far, but I will make sure they know you have made it right and didn't just walk away. Please update your websites to reflect that you now have a cover for the '01 Supra Launch SSV w/ Tower, I do have quite a few friends that will be needing cover shortly, their canvas ones just haven't held up very well.

I want to thank you for my new boat cover. Your website helped me select a cover for my 12 year old (out of production) boat that was exactly the right size. The cover arrived very quickly after ordered. The materials and construction were of very high quality and it was easy to install. I recently ordered a bimini top from your company, received it in good order, and installed it.
The reason I am writing to you, is simple. When I am impressed by a product and company providing the quality and service such as BoatCoversDirect, I am compelled to acknowledge it. At the earliest possible date, I intend to submit to you a picture of our boat with the top we purchased from BoatCoversDirect. The quality of the top was superior to those offered by the manufacturer and others I've examined. The construction was precise, rugged, and well-designed. The matching boot was made to perfection, with ample room for the top. Other boots are made so exact, it is obvious that in a short time, the stress would pull apart the zipper and seams; BoatCoversDirect did not skimp on providing enough material so that one could easily zip shut the enclosure without strain. The double stitching and weight of the fabric is indeed as rugged as advertised, and of a higher overall quality than other tops. The supports were easily installed, and the frame fit the boat perfectly. The top does not sag or droop, is uniform all around, and is large enough to cover both front and back seats adequately. We upgraded from the vinyl slide assemblies and deck mounts to stainless steel for a moderate price increase, and I anticipate them lasting considerable longer, however I have no doubt the standard fixtures are also of high quality. The fabric dye was even across the entire top and boot, and matched the color sample from your web site exactly. Assembly could not have been easier. The instructions were clear and concise, and it took approximately an hour and a half to fully assemble the top and install it on our boat.
Thank you for your service and fine product. I will certainly pass along our satisfaction, and recommend to our friends the quality and superb service of BoatCoversDirect.

I just received my new cover from your company. It was a styled to fit cover for a 1998 wellcraft 190 ccf o/b. I just wanted you to know that it fits almost like it was made for the boat. I'am well pleased with the new cover. It seems to be very well made and should several years to come.

A couple of years ago I purchased a polyguard boat cover from you for my 19' Cobia. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and when Hurricane Katrina started approaching last August I secured the cover on the boat (which was strapped to a trailer in my driveway). While the winds and tidal surge took a toll on my house I was glad to see upon my return that although the boat and trailer had floated into my yard, the boat cover was still on the boat and I did not find any tears in the cover, including the tie down areas. I am very impressed with this product.
